Haj flights for Andhra Pradesh pilgrims are likely to commence from October 24. According to a tentative schedule, there will be in all 24 flights which will be operated from October 24 to November 7 from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad. Saudi Airlines' chartered flights will carry the pilgrims from Hyderabad to Madina Munnawara in Saudi Arabia. In the return direction, the flights will be operated from December 4 to 18. The Saudi Airlines will operate 300-350-seater Airbus instead of Jumbo aircrafts, it is said. The Haj camp is expected to start from October 20 here with the pilgrims arriving from different parts of the State.
