East Godavari MLA Rapaka Varaprasad on Sunday said that many MLA and ministers who wished to participate in the Odarpu Yatra did not make it due to the fear of instruction they received from the high command. Varaprasad particpated in the Odarpu Yatra on Sunday and extended his strong support to YS Jagan. He said that, his participation comes in awake of expressing his fanship for the late YSR because of which he did not consider the orders from the High command.
