Falling behind schedule, Congress Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy's Odarpu yatra meandered through the dusty narrow lanes of the Kanigiri Assembly constituency on Tuesday, continuing to draw huge crowds.Young and old alike thronged the yatra route at Machavaram, Shankavaram and Kangiri check-post, among other places on the fifth day of the tour to see late Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's son and hear him. Women and girls in particular shook hands with him and exchanged greetings.The yatra proceeded at a snail's pace as the Kadapa MP could not cover all the villages scheduled for Monday night in the wake of unscheduled visit to over 10 villages earlier, conceding people's requests. He extended Ramzan greetings to Muslims on the occasion.
