President Pratibha Patil and Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari extended their greetings to the people of our country on the joyous occasion on Id-ul-Fitr. In her message, President Patil wished all the citizens of the country on the auspicious occasion of Id-ul-Fitr. The festival brings joy and happiness on the culmination of the month of Holy Ramzan, a period of fasting, prayer and charity she said. At the same time AICC President Sonia Gandhi and Prime minister Manmohan Singh also greeted all the fellow citizens on the ocassion.
