The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to the Communication and Information Technology Minister A Raja on the allocation of 2G spectrum licenses. The apex court bench of justices GS Singhvi and AK Ganguly issued the notice after it was told that the entire matter should be probed by a special investigating team. The court was also requested to monitor the investigation.
