Doctorate to Union Minister Puradeswari
Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam on Friday, conferred a honorary doctorate on Union Minister of State for Human Resources Development, Daggubati Purandeswari, during the varsity's 14th annual Convocation . Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan awarded doctorate degree to the minister. On this special occassion, Purandeswari delivered her convocation address.
