The Commonwealth Games Organising Committee and Delhi government launched a 'Games Village' in Delhi with all basic emenities to the players. Committee Chairperson Suresh Kalmadi inaugrated the village on Thursday along with the officials from New Zealand, England and Australia. Meanwhile, members of committee striongly condemned the false reports in media that dengue would pose a threat to athletes at the games village. They stated that all neccessary steps have been taken to have safe and healthy games. Anyhow, The village would be the better place for players to dispel the threat of Dengue scare.
