Telugu Desam Party has found support for its campaign against electronic voting machines from the most unexpected quarters - its political foe Praja Rajyam party.Talking to mediapersons on Tuesday, PR general secretary C. Umamalleswar Rao and spokesperson Vasireddy Padma said when several political parties had apprehensions over the efficiency of the electronic gadgets the Election Commission should give a serious view to the doubts being expressed and clarify them technically. The technology presently being used in the EVMs should be re-examined by a technical experts committee from the point of view of objections raised by political parties, they felt.
