Emaar Properties, which is caught in a huge controversy over the alleged deviations from its agreement with the A. P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, is reportedly keen to come to the negotiating table and resolve the dispute.

An indication to this was available on Thursday when the much-postponed board meeting of Emaar Hills Township Project Ltd., a special purpose vehicle created by APIIC and Emaar Properties, took place at last. At Thursday's meeting, the APIIC officials raised the issue of deviations from the collaboration agreement and the lapses on the part of Emaar Properties that led to the dilution of Corporation's 26 per cent stake.
