Families of those who sacrificed their lifes for telanagana staged a protest in front of the Telanagana Bhavan on friday. They pleaded to meet the telanagana rashtra samithi chief K Chandrashekar Rao but were denied enetry by the police, who stopped them at the gate. Angry on not allowing to meet him, they staged a protest.

The protestors claimed that KCR who promised to provide financial aid to the families of the bereaved stated that the cheques received by them were invalid.

Samsmarana Seva Committe which was also present at the site alleged that the party used them for the recently held by-polls and later backed off its support. A few agitators were arrested by the police.
