The move by balladeer Gaddar to float a new outfit called Telangana Praja Front seems to have not gone down well with the TRS leaders. Party senior leaders like Nayani Narasimha Reddy see this move as to create confusion among the people in the region and dilute the T movement. The TDP leaders, however, are learnt to have got the nod from party president N Chandrababu Naidu to extend their support to Gaddar.

According to party senior leader M Narsimhulu, this decision was taken at a meeting convened by Naidu to discuss the party's strategy to be adopted at the meeting convened by the central election commission in New-Delhi on Monday to discuss issues like use of money and muscle power in elections, criminalisation of politics etc.
