Kanaka Durga as Sri Bala Tripurasundari Devi
Indrakeeladri, the abode of goddess Kanakadurga saw people from diffrent walks of life seeking blessings of the deity during the first day of Navarathri celebrations. The presiding deity Kankadurga will be worshipped as Sri Bala Tripurasundari Devi on the second day, today.
On the second day of the festival the deity is decked up as 'Sri Bala Tripurasundari Devi' on Aaswayuja Suddha Vidhiya. The deity Bala Thirupura Sundari has supposed to come on earth as a child goddess out of pure affection and not devotion.
