Governor ESL Narasimham on saturday said that he will look into introducing schemes including pension for retired postal service employees. Narasimhan launched the National Postal Week celebrations at a function held in Jubilee Hall in the city on saturday.

He said that though their was a lot of development in terms of technolgy and science, the importance and need for postal services in many countries including the highly developed ones did not decline. Later the Governor awarded a few postal employees for their service and dedication to the department.
