Cabinet reshuffle may happen in March 2011

The much-awaited Cabinet reshuffle in the state is likely to take place only in March 2011 if the high command has its way, source said. The Congress state affairs in-charge and Union law minister, Mr Veerappa Moily, has reportedly advised the Chief Minister, Mr K. Rosaiah, and not to go in for a cabinet reshuffle at this juncture and postpone it by six months.
It is reported that the Chief Minister wants to have his own confidantes in the Cabinet to prove his mettle. Earlier, several ministers, MLAs and party leaders met Mr Rosaiah on Saturday and sought to know from him whether he would go for a reshuffle soon. The Chief Minister also held discussions with the Rajya Sabha member, Dr K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao.
