Circular trains are to be introduced by the railways between Vijayawada-Guntur-Tenali from Wednesday. On purchase of a Rs 5 ticket, one can travel either from Vijayawada to Guntur or from Vijayawada to Tenali by passenger train.

The RTC collects Rs 17 for passenger buses, Rs 23 for non-stop buses and Rs 27 for Volvo buses. Similar is the case for Tenali town also. The Chief Minister, Mr. K. Rosaiah, flaged off the circular train at 11.30 am at Vijayawada railway station on Wednesday.

The circular train will have eight compartments with a capacity to transport 1000 passengers. However, the passengers are disappointed with the timings of the circular trains.
