A few opposition parties in the state staged a wild protest at Rasoolpoora in the city, on receving an appointement from the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The activists shouted slogans of ' PM GO BACK'. Telugu Desam Party Chief N Chandrababu Naidu sat on the road and staged the protest.

Babu vent anger on the police behaviour. The TDP Chief expressed grief over the spate of deaths due to harrasement of Micro Finance Companies in the state. The Police arrested babu and other leaders who were a part of the protest.

They said that it was wrongfull for the government to arrest them while they wanted to address certain issues to the Prime Minister. The MP's and MLA's alleged that they were handled worst then terrorists.
