Demanding to cancel the state formation day celebrations on Novermber First, the Osmania University Student JAC staged a protest and layed seige at the secretariat on tuesday morning. The students tried to climb over the main gate and find entry into the secretariat. The Police arrested agitators and took them into custody. Traffic came to an halt with the chaos at secretariat.
