The much-awaited and controversial DSC-2008 notification issue was resolved at last on Friday, with the State government decision to fill up teachers' posts. Briefing media persons at a crowded press conference , the state Minister For Secondary Education D.Manikya Vara Prasada Rao revealed that 26,700 posts out of 30,803 notified posts would be filled up.

The minister stated that, The process would also be completed in same schedule along with SGT posts. Infact, He made it very clear that the government was strictly following the court's verdict and their decision was in the limits of legal ruling. However, The minister hoped that there would be no further complaints that there was a shortage of teachers.
