The state Assemblys winter session is likely to commence in December. A source close to the Chief Minister, Mr K. Rosaiah, said. Mr Rosaiah is very particular to have a brief winter session in December in order to maintain the custom which has been in practice for the last six years.The Assembly's last session concluded on July 17 this year.

The source further said that the exact dates of the five-day winter session of Assembly will depend on the plenary session of the Congress in Rajasthan in the same month. The brief Assembly session will see the re-entry of all the 12 legislators belongs to TRS and the BJP who had quit their seats and got re-elected in the by polls conducted in August last.
