Telugu Desam polit bureau member K. Yerrannaidu on Sunday dared the AICC leadership to take action against Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao as he was also involved in a land scam like Maharastra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan who had reportedly been directed to step down on the grounds of misuse power in allocation of flats in Adarsh Housing Society which was supposed to allocate flats to the families of Kargil victims.

Municipal authorities did not continue the legal battle as the Minister influenced them and bought it from other party at a throwaway price. The AICC leadership has sought explanation from Ashok Chavan who had allegedly misused power as Revenue Minister in the previous government. So, the Congress high command should apply the same rule and take action against Mr. Prasada Rao, Mr. Yerrannaidu demanded.
