CM: Govt. to continue subsidies

Says State on a developing note State revenue collection registers 25.5% growth
Addressing huge gathering, CM Rosaiah said that the entire State had gone through a very tough phase after the sudden demise of late chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy, & called the people in state, to work hard to realize dreams of YSR.
He revealed that the, revenue collection during the first half of current fiscal registered a 25.5 per cent growth compared to the corresponding period last year. In the wake of the global economic slowdown, the government would continue subsidies given to people to protect them from the recessionary impact & to enhance investments on Jalayagnam, power projects, ports, and other infrastructure related development projects.
He asserted that, the State government is making sincere and concrete efforts to ensure rapid progress & welfare of people in various sectors.
