yes it is right if any IAS does mistake directly or indirectly its punishable. Why an IAS must shake their heads for wrong things being made by polotical or non polotical persons. Now a days meaning of IAS is being forgotten by most of Officers. Just remember most seniors who have acted straight forward with system and take them as your guide. perhaps most of persons are dreaming to become political persons after their retirement. Better you have dream you resign and join hands with polotical parties but not when your in service.
