Even Pakistan delegation is allowed to visit the projects in Jammu & Kashmir by Indian Government officially. What is wrong in Mr. Chandra babu Naidu or water resource minister of AP or any leader from AP to visit Babli project? It is sonia gandi sitting in delhi to enjoy power in centre, as leaders of the both states fight each other. It is the shame on central government.
